Sam Bloomfield
Sam is a registered and insured Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist and Creative Arts Psychotherapist. He is also a Clinical Supervisor and founding director of Natural Genius Ltd, providing psychotherapists to schools and care homes since 2017, and supervision since 2019. You may come to him for trauma, ACE's and personal development related work, couples and family therapy. He undertakes shorter and longer term work. He also provides 1:1 and group professionally focused external therapeutic supervision for those in high responsibility roles and high stress environments. He has trained and worked extensively in supporting clients to integrate psychedelic experiences.
Sam is an experienced group and 1:1 therapeutic supervisor and reflective practice facilitator. Before becoming a UKCP registered psychotherapist he had a career practicing and teaching holistic body work. He worked in transpersonal healing for many years and continues to be a core member of and teacher with Bristol Contact Improvisation dance collective. He is an author in poetry and nature connection and has an on-going writing practice.
Sam loves to explore depth of therapeutic connection, self awareness and creativity and has been doing so for over 30 years, being a second generation psychotherapist. In his spare time he loves being with his 5 children and wild swimming whatever the weather.
