Alexander Smith

You may be looking to understand yourself on a deeper level or get to grips with something you can’t quite put your finger on. You may be feeling lost, stuck, or are having thoughts and feelings which may be hard to articulate, or are difficult to talk about.

Therapy can give you clarity if you are questioning relationships, work, your sexuality or gender identity. It can also help if you are struggling with depression, anger, low self-esteem, anxiety or grief. My aim is for us to build a strong, trusting relationship, within which you can safely explore your inner world. This developing self-awareness can give you insight into how you relate to yourself and others and be used as a solid foundation for change and growth. I have mixed heritage and lived experience as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and actively work towards providing an anti-oppressive therapy practice.
